We reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time.

All online bookings incur a $25 cancellation charge

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur 1 nights accommodation charge.

“Same Time Next Year” and advance bookings require a $50 non refundable deposit with the balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. No credits, refunds or changes after this date.

1. CABINS
   • No pets allowed in cabins unless specified as a pet-friendly cabin.
   • Cabins are NON-SMOKING.
   • No BYO personal BBQs are to be used on balconies or close to the cabin.
   • Extra Adults/children who are not on the booking and request to sleep over are charged $20 per night, per person, depending on bed configuration permits.
   • Furniture is not to be removed.
   • To avoid additional cleaning fees, all rubbish must be removed, dishes washed, and cabin stock returned to its original location.
2. PARK
   • Speed Limit – Walking Pace Only.
   • Smoking – No smoking in any buildings or communal areas.
   • Vehicle Parking – Provision is made for only one vehicle per site only.  Additional and visitors’ vehicles are to be parked in the visitors’ car park.
   • Visitors – All visitors must report to our office.
   • Children under 12 years of age must be always supervised by an adult.
   • Smoking is NOT permitted in pool, playground, & BBQ areas.
   • Please clean BBQs after use so other guests can also enjoy.
   • Rubbish is to be placed in the bins provided around the park.
   • Individual fires or hot coal BBQs are NOT permitted in the park. A communal fire pit is available. –  Someone must be in attendance at all times while the fire is alight. Fires must be properly extinguished at night. There is to be no wood left on departure. Total Fire Ban Days there is to be no fires or BBQ’s. No fires if wind exceeds 10 km/h.
   • Noise before 7.00am or after 10.00pm is required to be kept to a minimum.
   • Bicycles/scooters must be ridden on roadways only and not after dark. Helmets to be always worn.
   • Obnoxious, unruly, disrespectful, or aggressive behaviour towards staff or other guests will not be tolerated and could result in immediate booking cancellation without a refund.
   • All guests are responsible for any loss or damage arising from breakages or damage to the cabin or common property during their stay. Fees may be charged should this occur.
   • Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
3. PETS

   Pets are welcome free of charge, whether you stay in a pet-friendly cabin or on a site.

   • Pets must be on a lead at all times.
   • Please dispose of dog wastes, this is not to be placed in park bins without being in a bag.
   • Maximum of two dogs per site. Owners must provide their own bedding for their pets. Dog blankets and bedding must not be washed in the park laundry.
   • Pets must always be supervised and never left unattended in cabins or caravans.
   • For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the pool area, games room, laundry, amenities, playground, and BBQ areas
   • Owners are personally responsible and will be held responsible for all personal injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from any actions caused by their pets. Additional fees will apply for cleaning or rectifying any damage.
   • Management reserves the right to evict any guests whose dogs are deemed, at our sole discretion, dangerous or aggressive, noisy, disruptive, or the subject of complaints from other guests. This will result in liability for payment of the entirety of your booking with no refunds.
4. POOL
   • Strictly NO Alcohol and NO Glass.
   • NO Running and NO Bombing.
   • Children MUST be supervised by an adult at all times.
   • Please shower prior to entering the pool.
   • Do not remove lounges from pool area.
   • Supplied towels in cabins are NOT to be removed for use in pool area.
