Bought one weeks accommodation here, on a powered camp site, through Travel Auctions after reading up on this little oasis.
This place is amazing! It’s quiet, with kangaroos coming in on dusk to wonder around, nibbling on the lushest green grass you will find. The place is right on the Goulburn River, and even has its own little beach area. There are lots of fishing spots, or places to read a book.
The owner here is very friendly and accommodating, and showed us to our site. He dropped by a few hours later to check we were settled in and ok.
I had read that they were only on river water, but this is no longer the case. They now have treated potable water to camp sites.
The camp kitchen is a building with dining chairs and tables, stoves, fridge, bbq, and everything else you need if you are camping.
The dirt road to get to this place is well maintained and we had no problems travelling into Echuca, on many occasions, to visit its attractions. Just be careful at night of wildlife on the road.
There are several ammenities blocks scattered around, with lovely hot showers, and we didn’t even have to share with anyone else during our stay.
I would definitely come back here again.
